Shipping Information

Wine and other alcoholic beverages are only allowed by pre-approved sellers who hold a valid liquor license. Buyers must be over 18 years of age.

Due to holidays of Christmas and New Year, the delivery company are on holidays, the Expected Delivery Time could be longer than usual.

Please allow 24hrs to ship the item after funds cleared in to our bank account. However, in some instances it may take more than 24hrs to ship the item if this is the case we will communicate to the buyer when there is a delay in shipping the item. We use network of Courier services to ship our beer boxes. We will use whichever transport provider offers the best price. We would not guarantee specific delivery dates or times (as the third party could not guarantee us as well especially during covid times), but will keep you informed of the status of your order. Due to the nature of the products we sell all orders must be received by an adult (18 years or older).

Insurance is not included in the shipping. If you would like to add insurance to the delivery, please let us know via check out page or send us an email immediately after you purchase the item so we can confirm the price for insurance.

In some instances we may not be able to ship to your location due to alcohol restrictions or transport constraints. Please email us at dls@dicksonliquorstore.com so that we will check with our courier company whether we can deliver or not.  In an event where we are unable to fulfill your order, we will promptly notify you and provide a full refund.
